The restaurant at Glar Hotel is a place where a culinary journey is combined with a unique experience. Our Chef creates dishes inspired by local flavors and international trends, using fresh ingredients.

Two stories high, the restaurant offers not only exquisite dishes, but also a beautiful view of the lake and access to a sun terrace. Our restaurant is an unusual interior with elements drawn from local craftsmanship, with sand plaster on the walls, solid wood staircase and lamps made of cast glass. It is an ideal place for special occasions and parties.

At the GLAR Conference & SPA Hotel, we pay a lot of attention to the products we make that end up on the tables of our guests, which is why we bake on-site spelt bread of the Rokosz variety, with the appropriate gradation detailing the individual fractions that make up its whole. The bread we bake is a wholesome product, protects our body from liver and kidney diseases and cardiovascular ailments. Bread improves digestion, helps lower blood cholesterol levels and slows down the aging process.
