Hotel Glar Conference & SPA has three modern conference rooms, ideally suited for various business events. The spacious rooms, which can accommodate up to 200 people, are an excellent choice for large conferences, trainings and workshops. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems and microphones, guaranteeing the high quality of each meeting.

The flexibility of our conference spaces allows them to be adapted to individual needs and requirements. We can organize both intimate business meetings and large conferences. Additionally, our professional team is always ready to provide technical and organizational support.

Projectors and screens

In the space of conference rooms, projection systems built on the basis of:

• one main screen (for connected rooms) with a base of 650 cm with a projector with a brightness of 10,000 Ansi lumens,

• one 300 cm screen (limitations, ceiling fault in the part with windows) with a projector with a brightness of 8000 Ansi lumens,

• two 400 cm screens with projectors with a brightness of 8000 Ansi lumens.

All projectors are mounted on projection elevators, which allows you to maintain the aesthetics of the room. Due to the height of the ceilings, high-quality and brightness laser projectors with a closed optical system and short-focus lenses were used.

In addition, one 75” monitor is provided on the trolley, which can be used as an auxiliary element, illuminating the image in any spaces (also outside conference rooms, which gives additional possibilities). The monitor trolley can be connected to the AV system via RJ45 connectors in the room or any image signal source via (e.g. laptop) HDMI cable.

Connection to projectors and screens

The room provides the possibility of connecting up to 3 sources wired (HDMI) and up to three sources wirelessly (WiFi). The sources of video signal in conference rooms can be:

• computers (users) connected via HDMI cable to video transmitters - connected to any AV RJ45 connection in the room,

• wireless connected devices after WiFi - system based on wireless video receiver

Videoconferencing

Video transmitters are equipped with USB ports giving KVM USB functionality. The KVM distribution is connected to the BYOD video conferencing system (audio, camera). This solution allows the User to connect one USB cable to his computer with installed video conferencing software (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex, etc.) and conduct a video conference meeting using microphones, speakers and cameras.

Sound system

but the conference rooms are equipped with a classic sound system consisting of speakers (8 pieces per room) and a highly efficient DSP processor supporting all necessary conference functions, including acoustic excitation eliminators, AEC - acoustic echo office for video conferencing and support for DANTE and AES 67 network standards. Due to high ceilings, dedicated speakers have been installed to improve the sound quality suitable for high ceilings with appropriate sound propagation angles. The connection of the sound system zones is carried out through the control system. The sound system of the conference room can connect to the sound system of the foyer area adjacent to the conference rooms.

Microphones

The conference rooms are equipped with a wireless microphone system included:

  • 3 microphones to hand,
  • 3 header microphones,
  • a set of chargers,
  • Antenna distribution system

Wireless microphone transmitters are shared between rooms, meaning that each of the transmitters can be assigned to a specific room depending on its configuration or scenario. The allocation of microphones will be carried out manually through the control system managing the conference sound system.

Registration and streaming

The room preview system was built on the basis of PTZ cameras mounted in three main parts of the conference rooms. The cameras are connected to the video system, which allows you to display the image from the camera on any projector or monitor and send the signal with a preview to the recording system. The control of the cameras is carried out through the control system and the touch panel. The cameras are retrofitted with a license that supports 4K camera resolution to capture high quality images.

Journalistic connection

The mobile journalistic connection allows you to share audio from the conference room system for journalists. In a separate space in the conference room dedicated to journalists (the so-called Press Room), you can view a preview from the room and make sound available by connecting a mobile journalistic connection to any RJ45 connection located in the room. The device uses the digital Dante standard and is powered by PoE support.

Lighting and blackout

Conference rooms are equipped with a system of ceiling lamps, divided into zones. It is possible to control the given zones, taking into account the appropriate light intensity. The user also has the ability to control the light on the panel located on the wall in each room. In addition, one of the conference rooms has access to external light, and remote control of the blinds allow it to be partially or completely blacked out.

Air conditioning and heating

The rooms have automatic air conditioning and mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with fresh cool or warm air supply. The user has the ability to conveniently adjust the level of air supply using a wall-mounted panel located in each room.

Foyer

In the foyer adjacent to the conference space, there are 3 monitors installed in vertical positions on the stands at the entrance to the conference rooms. Screens can display information about events taking place, sponsors, etc.
